The Institute for Laser Medicine teaches 2 of its programs in Manhattan, and this November they run in the same week. The 2-Day Botox & Filler Training meets November 15 to 16: a class of 6, 15.5 CNE credits, and 80 units of neurotoxin and 2 syringes of dermal filler that you inject on live models. The Comprehensive Laser Training follows on November 17 to 19: 3 days, 5 laser modalities, 24 CNE credits, 6 to 8 students, and $3,500 tuition, with the theory done online before you arrive.

Where ILM Teaches in Manhattan
Your class meets in hotel conference space in Manhattan that ILM transforms into its classroom: 2 days for injectables, 3 for laser. The lasers, the instructors, and the Merz, Galderma, Revance, and Revanesse products come down from Skippack with the team.
Manhattan is the closest ILM classroom for the 5 boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and the Hudson Valley, northern New Jersey, and western Connecticut. Downtown Brooklyn is about 6 miles from Midtown, Jersey City 9, Newark 13, Hempstead 23, White Plains 27, and Stamford 38. ILM’s own med spa in Skippack is about 110 miles west, and your complimentary shadow day and apprenticeship hours are held there after you graduate.

Who Trains With ILM in New York
ILM has taught injectables since 2007 and laser for nearly 20 years, and the instructors who come to Manhattan treat clients with the same products and lasers between classes. In a room of 6, or 6 to 8, every injection and every pass you make is watched and corrected.

The Botox & Filler courses are only available to registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician associates, dentists, doctors, and physicians. Proof of credentials is required to enroll. You need no prior injection experience.
RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs, DOs, dentists, licensed estheticians, and med spa owners, with no prior laser experience required. Who can perform laser treatments varies by state and licensing category, so confirm your eligibility with your state regulatory agency before enrolling, or ask ILM’s enrollment team.
The laser course is $3,500 in every ILM city, and the price covers your online theory modules, the 3 in-person days, a full-color workbook, 24 CNE credits, and your certificate of completion. For Botox & Filler tuition, ask Admissions. Financing is available if you need it; ask Admissions.
