Leslie Fritz, CRNP, is a highly experienced nurse practitioner with over 25 years dedicated to women’s health. Beginning her career as a registered labor and delivery nurse, she later advanced to practicing as an OB/GYN nurse practitioner, making it her mission to help women look and feel their best.
As the head of our Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy Program, Leslie specializes in sexual health and wellness, bringing a compassionate and expert approach to optimizing patient well-being. She is also passionate about medical aesthetics, offering neuromodulator treatments and guiding patients through our Medical Weight Loss Program to help them achieve their health and confidence goals.
With a deep commitment to patient care and empowerment, Leslie blends science and artistry to support women in every stage of life.
Sara Jagielski, FNP

Sara Jagielski, NP, brings more than 20 years of nursing expertise to her role at ILM. She began her career as a Labor & Delivery nurse at Penn, where she dedicated over 14 years to caring for mothers and families during life’s most meaningful moments. From there, she expanded her scope as a Family Nurse Practitioner, serving at an infusion center for six years and providing comprehensive, compassionate care to patients with diverse medical needs.
Today, Sara combines her extensive clinical background with a passion for aesthetics and integrative medicine as a provider at ILM. Her focus on sexual health and whole-body wellness reflects her commitment to helping patients feel confident, balanced, and empowered at every stage of life.
Melina Quinn, RN, BSN
Aesthetic Nurse & Instructor
Melina Whalen, RN, BSN, is a highly skilled Pennsylvania-registered nurse with nine years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She began her nursing career in acute care neurology and cardiology before discovering her true passion for aesthetics.
Melina is certified and highly experienced in a wide range of advanced procedures, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP, Kybella, PDO threads, lasers, and radio-frequency treatments. In addition to her clinical expertise, she is also an injectables trainer at ILM.
Having trained alongside some of the region’s top board-certified physicians and surgeons, Melina believes that continuing education is the key to delivering the best results. She takes pride in educating her patients about their treatment options, ensuring a natural, conservative approach that enhances their confidence and beauty.

With over 30 years of nursing experience, Heather brings serious clinical expertise, a gentle touch, and an eye for natural beauty. A proud Villanova grad and former critical care nurse, she transitioned into aesthetics in 2012 and hasn’t looked back since.

Bryan brings over 20 years of nursing experience to ILM Aesthetics, with a career that began in the operating room—where he worked across all specialties, including open-heart surgery, and held leadership positions. After earning his BSN through an accelerated program at Immaculata College, Bryan discovered his passion for medical aesthetics and pursued advanced training through ILM.
