Program Overview

This comprehensive 8-hour Neurotoxin and Filler Certification is for medical professionals that have already completed a beginner injectables course and are ready to learn more!

This course will give you the confidence and refined skills needed to provide the optimal experience for your clients.

The morning session is spent in the classroom reviewing the history, safety, anatomy, cosmetic indications, contraindications, and preparations of treatments and products.

The afternoon session is for hands-on training in Neurotoxin treatment areas of Masseters, Platysmal Bands, and Dermal Filler training in Cheeks, Jawline and Chin.

All products are provided by The Institute for Laser Medicine at no additional cost to the students. Students may choose to be a model in the class or can provide their own models. The aesthetic products used in our courses for hands-on training are from Merz, Galderma, Revance, and Revanesse.

ILM is committed to teaching individuals the science and art of aesthetic skin-care through the appropriate balance of didactic theory and hands-on live demonstrations. Not only will you understand the treatments in a more comprehensive manner, but you will learn how to incorporate these treatments into a single, power treatment delivering incredible results to your client base.

Our didactic training takes place online at your own pace where you review aesthetics basics. The hands-on practical portion of the program is 1 day of in-person treatments on live clients.

Target Audience

This course ​ ​is open for licensed estheticians, RN, BSN, NP, PA, MD and DO licenses. However, state laws on who can perform Chemical Peels vary from state to state. ILM recommends checking with state regulatory agencies to determine who legally can perform these services and the level of supervision required.
